What we collect to perform your family's rite, and what happens to it afterward.
What we collect. Your name, a phone number or an email address to reach you, and the details the rite needs — the names of the departed, your family’s gotra, and how each was related to you. If you pay online, Razorpay takes the payment. We never see or store your card details.
Why we collect it. To have the priest perform the rite for your family, and to send you the video afterward. Nothing here is collected for any other reason.
Your video. Our copy is held for 90 days after the sitting, so it can be sent again if you lose it, and is then deleted. It is never published, never used in anything we advertise, and never shown to anyone else. The copy we send you is the one that lasts — keep it.
Your booking record. The names, the gotra, the relationships, the date and the transaction are kept for eight years, as tax law requires.
Who sees your details. Our team, and the priest performing the rite. Nobody else.
