Our refund and disruption position.
If we take your booking, the rite is performed. That is the commitment, and we do not accept a booking we are not confident of keeping. For that reason we do not refund a change of mind, and we do not refund once the rite has been performed.
If something happens that we cannot work around, and your rite cannot be performed at all, we do not keep your money. It comes back to you in full. We know that by then you will have been waiting for something that mattered, and that a refund is not what you wanted from us.
If the day does not work, we do not cancel your rite. We move it to the next day the priest can sit, and we tell you before that day rather than after it.
