What you're agreeing to when you book an ancestral rite through DigiKumbh.
What you’re buying. DigiKumbh books your family’s ancestral rites — pind daan and tarpan — with the priests we work with at Ramkund, who perform them. We film the sitting and send you the video.
What you give us. Your name, a phone number or an email address to reach you, and the details the rite needs — the names of the departed, your family’s gotra, and how each was related to you. If you pay online, Razorpay takes the payment. We never see or store your card details.
What we do with it. We pass these details to the priest so the rite can be performed in your family’s name, and we film the sitting. How long we keep your details and who sees them is set out in full in our privacy policy.
When the video arrives. WhatsApp or email, whichever you gave us at booking, within a week of the sitting.
If a sitting can’t happen as planned. Our refund and disruption position is set out in full in our refunds policy, and we don’t restate it here.
DigiKumbh is operated by Admirian Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and by the courts having jurisdiction over Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
